Hey! Just wanted to say that I honestly liked everything, but I was a bit disappointed with the WhatsApp communication. You mentioned you could wrap it as a gift and all, which I thought was a nice touch—but after almost two weeks of hearing nothing, I had to follow up myself. That’s when I was told the order wasn’t confirmed, even though no one asked me to confirm it in the first place. Just wanted to share that feedback, because I really like your stuff and I think the experience could be smoother.
