Return and Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to exchange or return a product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Conditions for Exchange or Return:

1. The product must be in its original condition, unused by the customer, and include all its accessories and packaging. The company reserves the right to reject the exchange or return request if the product has been used.

2. The initial shipping cost will be deducted in all cases (if the customer changes their mind) whether for exchange or return.

3. The customer bears the shipping costs for exchange or return in case of a change of mind regarding the purchase.

4. The company will cover the shipping costs for exchange or return if the product has a manufacturing defect. The quality control team  is responsible for determining whether the customer's complaint qualifies as a manufacturing defect or not.
